The second phase of the HelpBar closed beta is here to help unblock your users! π We've got THREE exciting new updates for you:

Now you can add custom links to send users to specific resources that are personalized to their needs and journey. These links can be user-generated content, such as a user's project within your app, or specific product pages like their most recent purchase.
You can add individual links in three different ways:
via a file you upload
single-link configuration
via our API

βοΈ Content grouping & targeting
Whenever you add individual or searchable content to your HelpBar, you can pick a Group to add it to or create a new Group. When adding or editing each content piece, you can select the specific audience you'd like it to show to based on Segments you've already created (or go ahead and create a new one!). For example, showing help docs related to your beta features only to those that have been invited, or gating content by plan type or role/permissions.

π€ AI answers
Not only can users search for resources, but now they can leverage AI to get instant answers to their questions! π€© To access it, all your users need to do is add a question mark (?) to the end of their search, and then our AI Assistant will automatically generate an answer based on the help documentation that you've linked to your HelpBar.
